We absolutely need a live link to the band's music or we will not be able to use them.
That's all there is to it.
The winner and the runner ups will be declared sometime in May of 2010. We will have as many HEATS as it takes to declare a winner.... and ....oh yeah....We reserve the right to make up the rules as we go along....change or add prizes as we go along....or cancel the whole thing.
